The LiveUp LS3760 Yoga Swing is a highly versatile yoga accessory that enables you to practice a wide range of poses at home or outdoors. You can simply hang and stretch after a sedentary day at office or you can get into a full-on workout.

The Yoga Swing enables a range of postures and supports the body in a way that no free standing mechanism can. The main support comfortably grips the pelvic area allowing stabilized movements while you stretch horizontally, vertically or fully inverted. The side handle grips give you a full range of motion in 360 degrees.
